Job Title: Drilling Operations Assistant (Well Drilling)
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Drilling Operations Assistant to support our well drilling projects. This role involves helping the Operations Manager and field team with daily tasks, assisting on-site, and handling basic reporting and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations at drilling sites.
- Monitor site activities and help ensure work is running smoothly and safely.
- Coordinate with site workers, contractors, and the office team.
- Gather simple field data and help prepare basic reports.
- Organize tools, supplies, and documents needed for fieldwork.
- Provide general support to improve site operations and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; related field is an advantage but not required.
- Open to college-level applicants with relevant experience or strong adaptability.
- Willing to work on-site and in field conditions.
- Can follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word or similar software for making simple reports.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php11,986.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
