The Operations Assistant is primarily tasked to provide operational and administrative support/services for the Operations Department to ensure efficient operations of the team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Operational Management or any Engineering course
- Preferably with experience in inventory management and administrative tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment setting
- Willing to work in San Vicente, Pamplona, Camarines Sur
Duties & Responsibilities:
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate with the Cylinder Controller for the available stocks of cylinders for deposit, and with the Quality Control Personnel for cylinders return and for replacement to the store.
- Provide assistance with the Cylinder Controller for cylinder control and inventory management in preparing cylinder rebates.
OPERATIONS
- Assist the operations in daily activities including management of diesel consumptions, monitoring of motor pool supplies.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed by the team.
- Perform other supportive tasks as needed by the team and partner departments.
