Position Title: E-Commerce Project Manager (Website Reliability & Growth)
Location: Remote – Philippines
Department: Operations
Reports To: PMO
Role Purpose
Own the end-to-end build, uptime, and continuous improvement of all 310 websites and funnels. Coordinate dev, CRO, design, and copy teams while enforcing daily QA, 15-minute escalation, and disciplined backlog prioritization. The goal: zero checkout downtime, clean funnels, and revenue-positive launches.
Key Responsibilities
Website Reliability
- Daily sanity check of homepage → PDP → cart → checkout on desktop & mobile
- Own Pingdom/Checkly transaction alerts
- Ensure fixes within SLA (first response ≤ 10 min, resolution ≤ 60 min)
Emergency Escalation
- Maintain “RED” Slack protocol
- Cart/checkout/blockers posted in #site-alert with timestamp, owner, and ETA
- Devs stay online until resolved
- Leadership gets briefed
Backlog & Prioritization
- One unified ClickUp board (legacy, new, AI tasks)
- Score by impact–effort
- Weekly burndown updates
- No hidden spreadsheets
Project Delivery
- Scope, schedule, and launch LPs, bundles, site sections
- Hit deadlines, stay on brand
- Verify analytics + UTMs
CRO Collaboration
- Pair with CRO lead
- Ensure tracking events fire
- Funnel insights → sprint planning → dev queue
QA & SOP Governance
- Document and iterate SOPs for QA, hotfix, and deployments
- Run post-mortems on outages >15 min
- Close root-cause tasks within 5 days
Reporting & Metrics
- Every Monday 9 AM PH:
- → Post uptime %, funnel CVR, cart-abandon delta, and open bug count, etc.
Requirements
Experience
- 3+ yrs managing e-commerce builds or large-scale website ops (Shopify preferred)
- Shipped revenue-generating funnels with <1% critical-bug rate post-launch
- Ran daily QA or product-ops cadences (uptime, alerts, post-mortems)
- Scrum Fundamentals or Scrum Master Certification required.
Skills
- ClickUp (or Jira/Asana) power user – build views, SLAs, dashboards
- Comfortable w/ Pingdom, Checkly, Clarity/Hotjar, GA4, Slack webhooks
- Strong written comms for Slack war-rooms + leadership updates
- Basic grasp of CRO metrics: LCP, CVR, funnel drop-off
Soft Skills
- Urgency mindset – treats checkout bugs like fire alarms
- Calm under pressure – can rally devs and report clearly
- Owner mentality – solves before being asked
