Position OverviewWe’re looking for an Education Advisor to join our offshore team supporting a UK-based academic support platform. You’ll engage directly with individual students and parents who have shown interest through paid campaigns. Your mission is to qualify warm inbound leads and guide them to book meaningful consultations with our experienced UK-based sales team. This role blends sales development with consultative, rapport-driven conversations—ideal for someone experienced who connects well with people and wants to make an impact in the education space.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students or parents via email, phone, and messaging channels
- Use SPIN or similar consultative frameworks to understand goals, pain points, and readiness
- Build emotional rapport and mirror the customer’s language to foster trust
- Guide them to the next step: booking a tailored consultation with the UK sales advisors
- Accurately log conversations and lead data in Streak CRM
- Collaborate closely with two UK sales leaders, sharing feedback and call insights
- Surface trends from conversations to improve outreach and targeting strategy
Ideal Candidate
- You’re empathetic, engaging, and articulate - especially in 1:1 conversations
- You’re passionate about helping students find the right path and can connect emotionally with their journey
- You don’t push; you guide, ask questions, and let the prospect open up
- You have experience in a B2C sales, customer support, or lead qualification role
- You’re organized, tech-comfortable, and responsive
- Bonus: Experience working with education-related services or understanding UK academic systems
Qualifications
- Considerable years of experience in a sales development, lead qualification, or customer engagement role
- Familiarity with SPIN selling, needs-based sales, or consultative frameworks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to engage effectively with both students and parents
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (Streak experience is a plus)
- Ability to work in UK business hours from a quiet, reliable remote setup
