Job Summary:
- Egg room Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the day to day operation in the egg room (egg collection and egg grading process.)
Job Description:
- Scheduling of stock man, egg room grader, egg releaser, egg room utility and egg room
washer.
- Ensuring the updated stock level of eggs with the correct grading record.
- Ensuring timely and correct grading of eggs collected.
- Maintaining egg stock levels.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the area.
- Avoiding wrong grading ( Double Yolk, Jumbo, Large, Medium, Small, Pullets, Pewee,
Extra Pullets, Jolen, Dirty Egg, Crack eggs, Soft eggs)
- Ensuring no eggs are wasted.
- Securing egg storage to avoid spoilage, and wastage.
- Analyzing and implementing new measures for the improvement off egg room
department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Work Location: In person
