Job description:
- Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, guide guests to their tables, and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
- Efficiently manage table allocation, and coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff for smooth service flow.
- Maintain clear and friendly communication with guests, handle complaints or special requests professionally, and provide information about menu items and promotions.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times, reflecting the restaurant’s standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Must be with pleasing personality.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- With at least six (6) months of working experience in the same position preferably in Casual to Fine Dining
- Willing to be put under agency
