EMPLOYEE RELATIONS OFFICER: On-site Set-up
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Employee Relations Officer who will foster a supportive work environment, champion employee engagement, and uphold compliance with labor standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate fair resolutions by mediating concerns between associates and management.
- Lead and document coaching sessions to encourage and empower team members.
- Respond to emails and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Design and launch employee engagement efforts, including events and initiatives.
- Organize team-building activities and internal programs that strengthen workplace culture.
- Propose employee-driven programs that align with organizational objectives.
- Support company-wide events and assemblies through planning and coordination.
- Formulate action plans that reinforce company goals and enhance engagement.
- Improve HR systems and processes to boost organizational performance.
- Issue timely reminders and preventive measures for potential business risks.
- Contribute to drafting, reviewing, and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with labor regulations and government requirements.
- Protect confidential employee files and sensitive company documentation.
- Generate reports, schedules, and materials related to employee support programs.
- Interview and assess applicants for key roles within the organization.
- Recognize training needs and help develop staff learning initiatives.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires and automate orientation where possible.
- Use Google Suite and related tools for documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
- Design visual presentations using Canva or similar editing platforms.
- Promote clear and consistent communication across all departments.
