Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain records and documentation related to operations, inventory, vendor relations, and internal processes.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management.
- Communicate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to support logistical and operational needs.
- Help organize company meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with databases.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Amenable to work in Ermita Manila.
