- With 1-2 years of proven experience as Excavator/Backhoe Operator.
- Familiarity w/ construction site operation & basics excavation procedures.
- At least high school graduate.
- Willing to work flexible hours and / or weekends, if needed.
- Physically fit & able to perform heavy mineral labor.
- Ability to follow instruction & work w/ minimal supervision
- Honest, responsible & a team player
