About the Client:
Our client is a highly regarded Commercial Buyer’s Agent based in Australia, known for helping investors and businesses secure high-performing commercial properties. As the business continues to grow, he is looking for a capable and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support and help build structure within the business.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking an Executive Assistant with experience in commercial real estate who can confidently manage daily operations, provide direct support to the principal, assist with social media, and help implement systems and processes across the business. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the principal buyer’s agent
- Manage calendars, emails, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and property summaries
- Conduct basic research and data entry related to property listings and deals
- Assist in developing and implementing systems and SOPs to streamline business operations
- Manage and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to support brand visibility
- Coordinate with clients, agents, and external stakeholders when required
- Maintain client databases, CRM entries, and related documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Support in commercial real estate
- Strong understanding of the Australian property market and commercial property terminology
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Suite, Buffer)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable learning and implementing CRM and workflow systems
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Australian property regulations and buyer's agent workflows
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
