Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Graduate from a reputable Culinary school/institution or equivalent.
- Must have at 2 years + experience in the same role.
- Non smoker preferred
- Has an eye for detail
- Can work under pressure and able to troubleshoot
-Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and food safety practices
- Servsafe certified (preferred)
-Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory.
-Creative with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates hood management and leadership abilities
