Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, helping to manage the Managing Director’s schedule, communications, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
