Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician/Fabricator to join our production team. The role combines electrical installation and troubleshooting with fabrication work for signage, panaflex, lighted displays, and other advertising structures. The successful candidate will ensure that electrical components and fabricated materials are installed, maintained, and finished according to company standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures for signage and related projects.
- Fabricate and assemble signage frames, structures, and other advertising materials.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and electrical diagrams.
- Ensure safety standards are strictly followed in both electrical and fabrication tasks.
- Conduct testing and quality checks on electrical connections and finished fabricated items.
- Collaborate with designers, project officers, and fellow fabricators to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in proper condition.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and provide solutions to prevent project delays.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- At least High School or Technical/Vocational graduate (preferably in Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Welding, or related field).
- Proven experience as an Electrician and/or Fabricator (experience in signage or construction industry is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety codes.
- Skilled in use of fabrication tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
- Physically fit and willing to do hands-on work.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Willing to work extended hours or weekends when required.
Preferred:
- With NC II/NC III certification in Electrical Installation & Maintenance and/or Welding/Fabrication.
- With driver’s license (an advantage).
