- Assist the Facilities Engineer & Sr. Facilities Coordinator in overseeing day to day running of facilities, in dealing with inquiries complaints and requests, and maintaining and updating of records in all database files
- Manages day to day running of Facilities Management Department
- Handle general admin duties such as data entries as well as filing and sorting of documents
- Provide clerical support to specific departments on their requirements
- Provide assistance to the workforce management department on identifying workstations based under affirmed requirements for the workstations
- Provide assistance to any work related needs of the site

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
