Position Overview:
As a Facility and Asset Management Specialist, you are responsible for managing the company’s inventory and facilities across all locations. This includes overseeing the availability, condition, and functionality of all assets, ensuring that everything is properly accounted for and secure. You also assist in preparing reports and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists the Administration Department in overseeing all aspects of safekeeping and monitoring of company-owned assets and facilities in all operational locations. This includes all types of machinery, equipment, tools, furniture, and functional facilities across all areas and locations of the company, ensuring their completeness and functionality in day-to-day operations.
- Collaborates with the Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Inventory Department to receive, inspect, tag, track, and manage the physical condition and functionality of all incoming equipment, furniture, and assets.
- Supports management in asset disposal processes, including justification, documentation, preparation of submissions to Finance/Procurement/Business Units, follow-ups on requests, and coordination with the requesting units for disposal actions.
- Assists in the annual physical inventory verification by checking the accuracy of records and the actual location of assets/furniture. Prepares inventory reports as required, including comprehensive analysis and interpretation.
- Maintains an organized filing system, ensuring the safekeeping of confidential data, documents, materials, and equipment.
- Provides regular updates to management on daily activities and departmental transactions, especially when issues, discrepancies, or concerns arise during or after operations.
- Ensures full compliance with all implemented policies, house rules, and regulations set by the organization or company.
- Reports directly to the Building Operations Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Four or more years of professional copywriting experience, with a solid portfolio of work
- Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively, whether working independently or in collaboration with a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard editorial style guides
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Keen eye for detail and an appreciation for great design.
- A passion for beauty, skincare, or cosmetics is a plus

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
