Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the daily operations and upkeep of the mall by providing administrative and coordination assistance. Helps ensure that facilities and services are functioning efficiently and that the work environment remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and coordinate service requests from tenants and internal departments.
- Track and follow up on job requests; coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct routine inspections of mall facilities to identify maintenance needs and report concerns to the appropriate department.
- Support Safety Officers during emergency situations.
- Assist government inspectors during official building inspections.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Open to fresh graduates or those with relevant experience in facilities, retail, or construction (an advantage but not required).
- Awareness of safety protocols is preferred; certifications in Occupational Safety and Health, First Aid, or Firefighting are an asset.
- Able to adapt to a flexible schedule andwilling to be assigned to GMall Toril.
- Comfortable with occasional extended work hours if operational needs require.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
