We’re looking for a Facilities Support Specialist to help maintain a safe, clean, and functional workplace. If you’re proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (lighting, plumbing, furniture)
✅ Support daily office operations and workplace setup
✅ Coordinate with vendors for repairs, cleaning, and deliveries
✅ Assist with health, safety, and emergency procedures
✅ Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
✅ Set up rooms for meetings and internal events
✅ Ensure cleanliness and functionality of office spaces
Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduate of Bachelor in Civil Engineering or bachelor's degree in a related field such as facilities management, business administration
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in facilities management, office administration, or general maintenance roles.
- Prior experience in customer service role is highly desirable.
- Experience coordinating with external vendors would also be a significant advantage

Pay: From Php24,000.00 per month
