Job Summary:
We are hiring a Facilities and Utilities Supervisor to oversee and lead the facilities and utilities team. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, reliable, and continuous supply of electricity, compressed air, and water for production and process use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the facilities and utilities team.
- Ensure the continuous and safe operation of utilities including electricity, compressed air, and water systems.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor utility consumption and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and utility performance data.
- Coordinate with other departments for maintenance scheduling and improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Must be a PRC-licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance of facilities and utilities, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledgeable in equipment safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
