Job Description:
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of the team while providing guidance and assistance to achieve organizational targets;
- Resolving conflicts and escalated concerns from the Homeowners and other external partners;
- Reviews and improves processes for more accurate, more efficient, and more reliable practices;
- Provides insights and suggestions for efficient action.
- Mentors other property management personnel for performance improvement.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management/Property Management or any related course
- Extensive experience in customer relations, public speaking, and negotiation in the real estate industry
- With strong leadership skill; Highly analytical with collaborative decision making; Highly organized and trustworthy
- Having a Driver's License is an advantage, but not required
Working Conditions:
- Ortigas-based but must be amenable to conduct regular site visits within Batangas/Laguna/Cavite projects
