An F&B Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in accordance with established service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive dining experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Guest Service:
- Greet guests courteously and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and attend to additional requests promptly.
2. Preparation and Setup:
- Set up dining tables, buffet areas, and service stations before service time.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
- Replenish utensils, napkins, condiments, and supplies as needed.
3. Billing and Transactions:
- Prepare accurate bills and process payments (cash, card, etc.).
- Follow proper cash handling and billing procedures.
4. Compliance and Safety:
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
- Practice proper sanitation, food safety, and personal grooming at all times.
5. Teamwork and Communication:
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members for smooth operations.
- Attend daily briefings and training sessions as scheduled.
6. Customer Feedback:
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to supervisors when needed.
- Offer suggestions or promotions to enhance guest experience.
7. Administrative Task
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibility as assigned by the Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
