Front Office Associate is often the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering warm welcomes and ensuring smooth front desk operations from arrival through departure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
- 1-2 year work experience is a Hotel setting is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computers and PMS systems is essential.
Job Duties:
- Check‑in/out, room allocation, reservation management.
- Concierge assistance, complaints resolution
- Promote upgrades, loyalty programs, additional services
- Cash handling and settle guest payments.
- Answer, screen, and forward calls; take messages; manage email inquiries and guest correspondence.
- Upselling & Brand Participation
