-Four to Five (4-5) years of food and beverage leadership function in a hotel/hospitality envinroment. With relevant Banquet experience.
-Bachelor’s Degree preferably of Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business-Related course
-Knowledge and experience in food safety management, with capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability. Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met. Knowledgeable in P&L Report/ing
