We’re Hiring: Hotel Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager – Boracay
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and oversee our hotel’s F&B operations in Boracay. The successful candidate will ensure excellent dining experiences for guests while managing the profitability, quality, and efficiency of all F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
- Lead, train, and supervise the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control measures.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and other department heads for seamless operations.
- Prepare financial and operational reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related course.
- With at least 5 years hotel/resort F&B experience, including managerial or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of F&B operations, banquet service, and cost management.
- Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
- Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
