Role: Field Office Personnel
What Success looks like in this role:
Receipt and control of documents that includes:
Acknowledging of receipt of document through the system
Manual checking of documents to ensure that the information are complete and all documents are accounted
Arranging documents in prescribed batch and folder
Data Encoding/Data Cleaning
Arranging shipping / transmittal of documents going to the Central Office
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Senior High School or Bachelors’ Degree in related field preferred
0 -3+ years of progressive experience in customer service and data entry
Typing speed and accuracy
Basic computer operation skills
Team player and good interpersonal skills
Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php9,352.50 per month
Work Location: In person
