Job Description:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage correspondence related to the finance department.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and organize financial records.
- Handle data entry for financial transactions.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; additional qualifications in office administration or finance are a plus but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
