Job Summary:
You will be the most critical aspect in overseeing the performance of our field agent ensuring the overall productivity. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coaching agents, resolving escalated concerns, and driving continuous improvement in support processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor BAO agents, ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met
- Handle escalated tickets and complex issues, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and address root cause issues
- Develop training materials and facilitate onboarding for new team members
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, logistics, distribution
- A positive attitude - we’re a startup and uncontrollable things happen, but we pick ourselves up and laugh it off together
- Interest in the tech and analytics world - this is the base of who we are.
- Bachelor’s Degree ( Any Field)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- With Motorcycle and License
