Job Descriptions:
- Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or relevant field
- 3-5 years Managerial experience is a must
- Proven experience as Hotel Manager/Operations or relevant role
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
Responsibilities :
- Greet and register guests
- Inspect the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits
- Willing to relocate within Leyte (Ormoc, Baybay & Palo)
