A Finance Accounting and Tax Supervisor is responsible for;
- overseeing financial reporting,
- accounting operations, and tax compliance within an organization.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements.
- Ensure reports are accurate and comply with regulatory standards.
- Compliance Management:
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns timely, ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Supervision and Team Management:
- Supervise a team of accountants and finance professionals.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Delegate tasks and manage workloads effectively.
Audit Coordination:
- Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits.
- Respond to auditor inquiries and provide necessary documentation.
- Tax Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
- Stay current on tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop and document accounting policies and procedures.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial data for insights to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
CPA is a plus but not required
- At least 2-3 years of related work experience
- Strong review and verification skills with attention to details
- Knowledgeable in PH taxation and BIR reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills
