We are seeking for a skilled Finance Bookkeeper/ Controller to join our team and support our US-based client.
Job Summary:
Senior Finance Bookkeeper/Controller to manage complete financial operations of multi-entity real estate investment portfolio. Handle sophisticated reporting, entity-level accounting, and comprehensive property management financial coordination using Yardi Breeze.
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:
● Set up vendors in Yardi Breeze, process invoices, record in system with proper entity allocation
● Review maintenance completion before processing payments, execute vendor payments with notifications
● Bi-weekly payments to property managers, assist with RentCafe queries
● Send tenant payment reminders through Yardi, track rent payments and delinquencies
● Process Utilities payments, track credit card receipts/expenses
● Monitor G Drive "Download" folder daily, organize financial documents
Entity-Level Accounting:
● Prepare entity-level financial reporting for each LLC
● Coordinate with lenders for financial statements and documentation
● Review closing statements, set up new properties/bank accounts in Yardi
● Provide due diligence financial documents, prepare quarterly analysis with expense breakdowns
● Daily reconciliation (Multifamily/SFR), monthly reconciliation (Gas Stations & Medical Offices)
● Download/upload monthly bank statements to Drive
Property Management Finance:
● Maintain tenant ledgers and payment tracking across all properties
● Keep property managers updated on payment status and delinquencies
● Record mortgage obligations and manage fund transfers
● Stay updated with Vcorp.com compliance tasks and tax matters
● Participate in weekly Team meetings with financial insights
Software & Systems:
● Expert: Yardi Breeze property management accounting
● Advanced: Monday.com, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, SignNow
Required Qualifications:
● 3 - 5+ years real estate accounting/finance with multi-entity portfolios
● Expert proficiency in Yardi Breeze property management software
● Advanced knowledge of real estate financial reporting and entity-level accounting
● Experience with property management operations, vendor coordination, tenant relations
● Strong understanding of real estate acquisition finance and due diligence
● Proven ability to manage multiple properties and entities simultaneously
