* Work Experience- At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality / hotel industry. Strong experience in hotel financial operations, including: Rooms revenue, F&B, Banquet, and other ancillary revenues Cost control, payroll, and financial planning Familiarity hospitality management system.
* Technical Skills - Solid knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) / IFRS and local tax regulations.
*Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow management and internal controls.
* Strong skills in excel, financial modeling and hotel performance metrics
*Knowledge in statutory compliance, audits, and corporate governance Leadership & Management Proven ability to lead and mentor accounting and finance teams.
*Experience in collaborating with General Manager, Department Heads, and Owners to provide financial insights for Skilled in cost containment, risk management, and profit maximizaton strategies.
*Characteristics High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in dealing with management , auditors, and stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented, results-driven and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.
