Job Description:
As our Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and audits. You will work closely with our accounting and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing and monitoring financial reports
- Managing records and reconciling statements
- Assisting in payroll and compliance tasks
- Supporting budget planning and cost analysis
- Using Excel to organize, analyze, and visualize financial data
Qualifications:
- Must be a college graduate of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any related course
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in a similar finance or accounting role is a plus
