Finance Service Delivery Leader
Lead and oversee the operations of the Accounting Support Center, ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes across the organization. Provide strategic direction, optimize accounting procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Support the integration of digital tools and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE
Oversee and manage accounting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
- LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT
Lead and develop the Accounting Support Center team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and other departments.
- PROCESS OPTIMIZATION & AUTOMATION
Identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions (e.g., RPA, ERP enhancements).
- FINANCIAL ANALYSIS & REPORTING
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Act as a point of contact for internal and external auditors. Support business units with financial guidance and accounting best practices.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations, ensuring financial operations comply with statutory and corporate requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and other ERP systems to streamline accounting operations and enhance efficiency.
- Ability to identify and implement automation tools (RPA, AI-driven solutions) to improve accounting accuracy and reduce manual effort.
- Experience in establishing, monitoring, and improving internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance.
- Skilled in analyzing operational costs, optimizing expenses, and supporting budgeting processes to enhance financial performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools to support decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Ability to coordinate with finance, IT, and business leaders to align accounting processes with corporate strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
