We are looking for a Fleet Coordinator Associate who will help work together with the Fleet Onboarding team as we continue to deliver our vision.
What you'll do:
- Execute plans to continuously improve the onboarding output and deliver oversupply of fleet trucks
- Identify fleet companies/organizations to tap to generate potential operator leads and champion the networking and relationship building
- Conduct driver recruitment events and activities to continuously build fleet operator pipeline
- Prepare and present weekly & monthly performance reviews
- Review departmental processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvements
What we seek:
- Must have an enthusiastic attitude and passionate about making our driver communities grow
- Experience in Business Development and/or Corporate Sales to help you pin down reliable and steady sources of truck operator leads and establish business relationships
- Strong sense of prioritization and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time without compromising quality
- Data and performance driven to recognize leverage and make the best decisions for the business in every situation
