Main Responsibility:
Responsible for real-time tracking of delivery trucks using GPS, updating ETA, monitoring diesel consumption, and generating operational reports to support efficient fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor delivery truck movement using GPS tracking systems
- Provide real-time ETA updates and communicate dispatch concerns
- Encode and monitor daily diesel consumption per truck
- Generate and submit reports: Truck Status, Efficiency, Diesel Consumption
- Escalate delivery issues or irregularities within 15 minutes of detection
- Assist in data analysis and logistics coordination tasks as assigned
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 100% real-time tracking of trucks during operational hours
- Timely and accurate ETA updates
- Zero discrepancies in diesel data encoding
- On-time submission of all required reports
- Prompt escalation of delivery or operational issues
Qualifications:
Education:
- Vocational diploma, Associate degree, or Bachelor's in Logistics, Business Admin, Information Technology or related field
Experience:
- At least 6 months to 1 year in fleet monitoring, dispatch, or logistics coordination preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in GPS tracking systems is a plus
- Computer literate (Excel, Word)
- Knowledgeable in fleet operations and fuel monitoring
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Able to work with minimal supervision and handle data with integrity
