The F&B Manager contributes to company's success by managing the operation of all dining establishments. Ensuring the efficient and exceptional service of food and beverages, managing staff and maintaining high standards of quality. Also collaborate with vendors, handle inventory and strive to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Your leadership, customer service skills and attention to details will contribute to the success of your Food and Beverage Department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food Management or any related field (preferred).
2. Previous experience in food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
3. Proficiency in Restaurant Management software and Point of Sale system.
4. Computer Literate.
5. Knowledge in industry trends and customer preferences.
6. Attended some workshop for table decoration, culinary, bartending and any event management.
7. Excellent in communication, team management and leadership skills.
8. Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
9. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
