Candidate must have familiarity and experience in handling North and Central Luzon.
Candidate must reside in Pampanga, or nearby Central Luzon provinces.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
2. Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3–5 years handling HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) accounts.
3. Deep understanding of the food service industry, including channel dynamics, pricing structures, product applications, and customer needs.
4. Proven track record in developing and managing key food service accounts, achieving volume and profitability targets, and managing multiple distributors
5. Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments.
6. Familiarity with North and Central Luzon
7. Resides in Pampanga or nearby provinces in Central Luzon
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead and manage the Food Service sales team to achieve revenue, volume, and distribution targets across assigned channels or territories.
2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in food service accounts, including restaurants, hotels, caterers, and institutional partners.
3. Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure long-term business success.
4. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and drive business improvements.
5. Collaborate with Marketing, Trade, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely execution of promotions, product availability, and customer service excellence.
