Responsibilities
● Read and interpret detailed civil works drawings.
● Plans sequence of civil works and installation work at site.
● Inspect worksite to determine presence of possible obstruction of work.
● Responsible for reporting additional works done to Project Civil Supervisor for proper charging.
● Responsible for getting the target planned production with quality of work.
● Responsible for controlling manpower and equipment loading in his area assignments.
● Responsible for assigning work to field engineers and leadmen.
● Prepares work activities from day to day and conducts coordination meetings with team members.
● Follow-up all related documents necessary such as drawings, material specifications, working
permits, inspection report, etc.
● Monitors tools and equipment of respective groups.
● Give work methodology to team members.
● Leads safety and quality practices at site.
● Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Project Civil Supervisor or Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably with a minimum of 6 months experience in the field of construction.

B. Knowledge in Software, Equipment & Tools Needed

a. Must know how to operate fabrication tools/equipment.
