Qualifications:
- Must be at least High School or Vocational graduate.
- Must have Heavy Equipment Operation NC II issued by TESDA.
- Must be at least 5 year (s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends.
- With experience in cold storage operations.
Job Description:
- Must ensure stocks are properly stored in a right place.
- Must pick the right product and quantity based on client withdrawal request.
- Must ensure that product picking is based on FIFO/FEFO of stocks.
- Must ensure that all variances / discrepancy found during actual picking are properly informed to the inventory planner and immediate superior
- Must report any potential product nonconformity or mishandling to the supervising authority.
- Must ensure that the forklift is in good condition prior to use and immediately report any technical trouble or damages to Engineering and Maintenance Group.
- Must ensure that proper battery charging of forklift is observed.
- Must ensure to follow all safety guidelines.
- Must ensure products have pallet tags prior to put away.
- Responsible for keeping the cold storage room doors closed when not in use.
- Assists and supports the warehouse activities efficiently so that services to client will be at prime.
- Arrives to work and meetings on time and prepared.
- Maintains work areas in a safe, clean and organized manner.
- Develops plans to reduce rework with the aim of eliminating it.
- Participates in a semi-annual, yearend & spot inventory for audit.
- Performs any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
- Initiates activities that will enhance harmonious productive working relationship with other departments within the organization.
- Demonstrations of thorough knowledge of the required skills to the position.
