Guest Servcies (As a part of Front Office)
· Always greet in a friendly and professional manner in all guest
· Assign rooms and issue key card
· Spilling of some important hotel policies and regulations
· Engage each guest as a unique and listen attentively to their request
· Perform accurate check-ins & check-outs of guest daily
· Check the reservations for accuracy and identify any special request
· Listen to guest’s complaints or concerns and resolve their issues in a timely manner
- Post charges to guest accounts
- Handles cash, credit card and direct billing request properly
- FO Cashiers assume responsibility for any cash used in processing front desk transactions
- Check billing instructions are correct for all expected eparture of guests
- Complete guest check-out procedures
- Settle guest accounts
- Balance cash & credit card transactions at the end of the shift
- Manages safe deposit box
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php550.00 per day
