Front Desk Officer/Cashier

• · Complete guest check-in procedures
• Clarifies customer question or concerns about the charges of their bills

Guest Servcies (As a part of Front Office)

· Always greet in a friendly and professional manner in all guest

· Assign rooms and issue key card

· Spilling of some important hotel policies and regulations

· Engage each guest as a unique and listen attentively to their request

· Perform accurate check-ins & check-outs of guest daily

· Check the reservations for accuracy and identify any special request

· Listen to guest’s complaints or concerns and resolve their issues in a timely manner

• Post charges to guest accounts
• Handles cash, credit card and direct billing request properly
• FO Cashiers assume responsibility for any cash used in processing front desk transactions
• Check billing instructions are correct for all expected eparture of guests
• Complete guest check-out procedures
• Settle guest accounts
• Balance cash & credit card transactions at the end of the shift
• Manages safe deposit box

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php550.00 per day

• Olongapo Subic Bay, Zambales: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Front desk: 1 year (Required)
