As Front Desk Receptionist, your primary function is to ensure that guests and clients are properly accomodated and their inquiries are well attended. Your responsibility shall include:

- Attending walk-in clients and ensure that their inquiries, bookings, reservations as well as concerns and complaints are properly attended. This includes answering client inquiries via electronic-mail, social media platforms with timeliness and courtesy.
- Arrange client bookings, reservations, and requests swiftly and accurately.
- Ensure that client bookings are properly encoded in the system.
- Manage daily activities in the reception area, which may include filing, documentation, and cash management.
- Make necessary reports such as but not limited to, daily cash & bank transactions arising from client bookings and reservations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or the management, from time to time.
As Front Desk Receptionist, work schedule may be flexible and may be changed from time to time with proper notice. Interested applicants are expected to be willing to be assigned in either of our branches (Quezon City and/or Pasig City). However, this role primarily requires an applicant for Quezon City.
We also emphasize our preference of applicants with excellent writing, arithmetic, and computer skills, and can confidently attend, speak with, and communicate to clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
