We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead and manage the front office operations of our resort during the pre-opening phase and beyond. The ideal candidate has a strong background in resort pre-openings, is comfortable working in remote environments, and has a proven track record of building and training high-performing front office teams.
You will play a key role in setting up front office systems, processes, and guest service standards that reflect our resort’s vision of providing world-class hospitality in a secluded, nature-rich location.
Key Responsibilities:Pre-Opening Phase:
- Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to develop and implement all front office SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and onboard front office team members to ensure readiness for opening.
- Oversee installation and testing of front office systems, including PMS, POS, key card systems, telephony, and guest service apps.
- Coordinate with IT, security, housekeeping, and engineering to ensure front office area readiness.
- Participate in mock operations, soft openings, and staff training evaluations.
Operational Phase:
- Lead daily operations of the Front Office, including Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, Bell Desk, and Transportation.
- Ensure seamless guest arrivals, departures, and overall guest experience, providing a high level of personalized service.
- Monitor and manage room inventory, reservations coordination, and liaise with sales for group bookings and VIP stays.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of appearance, hospitality, and communication among all front office staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager in a luxury resort setting.
- Demonstrated pre-opening experience is required.
- Experience working in remote island or isolated resort environments is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Opera, HMS, Cloudbeds, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate and live in Candelaria, Zambales, with flexibility and adaptability to local culture and limited access to urban conveniences.
Preferred Qualities:
- Background in sustainability-focused or eco-luxury resorts is an advantage.
- Calm under pressure and capable of managing unforeseen challenges in remote setups.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
