We’re Hiring: Hotel Front Office Manager – Boracay
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team in Boracay. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, smooth front desk operations, and effective team management to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front office operations, including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest services.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Implement and maintain front office policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Monitor room availability and ensure accurate reservation handling.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related course.
- With at least 3–5 years hotel/resort front office experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel front office systems (PMS/Opera or similar).
- Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude.
- Willing to be assigned in Boracay.
