Job Specifications:
- Supervises and leads the Regional/Main operations related to fuel activities;
- Monitors daily the fuel inventory of the project site’s AGT & checks/validates the withdrawals to FDT and other vehicles;
- Consolidates the total fuel withdrawals per day versus the current inventory of the AGT;
- Monitors equipment related to fuel management such as FDT, Fuel Dispenser, & Transcendo are operational;
- Prepares weekly reports and ensures that any discrepancies are reported immediately;
- Monitors and ensures lead times are followed upon ordering of fuel from the Project to the arrival of delivery on site by the fuel supplier;
- Initiates process simplification and process improvement programs to assure functional excellence;
- Coordinates, discusses, and resolves issues that affect the day-to-day flow of transactions;
- Supervises and manages the overall performance of all Fuelman;
- Provides reports needed by management, immediate superior, and other departments.
