DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for planning, organizing and directing Supervisors to execute an effective operating system that would lead to the attainment of quality service thru team excellence, catering the needs of company’s standard objective and be effectively efficient of using its resources to attain targets within the organization.
- Oversees the operation of the department by ensuring conformance to safety, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO requirement.
- Set Up KPI’s, procedures, and policy. Review the department performance and develop plans for continual improvement.
- Validate department’s pertinent records, reports and certification to ensure accuracy, timeliness, completeness in conformance with the specified standards and requirement.
- Ensure company policies, objectives, targets and action plans are carried out under specified conditions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
- With extensive in receiving, dispatching and inventory control procedures.
- With strong working relationship with people of diverse cultures and nationalities.
- Willing to be assigned at Cabuyao City, Laguna
