Job Summary
The Lending Center Supervisor serves as Kita Agritech’s representative in each Landbank Lending Center. The role ensures that loan applications are complete, accurate, and processed in compliance with Landbank’s requirements and Kita’s internal service-level standards. The Supervisor also manages the relationship with Landbank officers, coordinates with internal teams, provides timely reporting to Head Office, and ensures Kita remains a priority partner for farmer financing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Document Review and Loan Submission
- Review all documents submitted by Administrative Officers (AOs) for accuracy and completeness.
- Submit farmer loan applications to Landbank for processing.
- Loan Application Monitoring
- Track progress of applications through verification, validation, and promissory note stages.
- Ensure all farmer requirements are complete to avoid delays.
- Escalate bottlenecks or missing requirements immediately.
- Status Reporting
- Provide regular updates to Head Office on:
- Number of applications submitted
- Current processing stage per farmer/cluster
- Total loan values per batch
- Highlight delays against agreed SLAs and recommend corrective measures.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain a professional and cooperative working relationship with Lending Center staff and heads.
- Ensure Kita’s farmer clients are prioritized and that proper Landbank SLAs are followed.
- Keep Kita apprised of policy changes, procedural adjustments, or new compliance rules from Landbank.
- Operational Coordination
- Cascade instructions and policy updates from Head Office to Administrative Officers (AO team).
- Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager for additional documentary requirements that need to be accomplished by the farmer(FARM RELATIONS OFFICER), or to address lacking requirements missed by the AO.
- Coordinate Financial Literacy Seminar schedules with the respective lending centers.
- Serve as the point person for escalations and troubleshooting.
- Notify Operations of Amount and Farm Plans approved by Landbank to prepare for Agri Distribution.
- Service-Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance
- Monitor Landbank turnaround times to ensure adherence to expected SLAs:
- 2 days – Verification of farmer eligibility (no past due loans / blacklisting check).
- 10 days – Packaging and processing of loan leading to promissory note signing and release.
- 10 days – Transfer of farmer loan proceeds to Kita’s account.
- Continuous Improvement & Process Shortcuts
- Recommend ways to improve efficiency and shorten approval timelines.
- Document best practices from lending centers and cascade across regions.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agriculture, or related field
● At least 2–3 years’ experience in loan processing, bank operations, or financial services liaison work
● Strong organizational and reporting skills
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Familiarity with Landbank’s processes or government financial institutions is an advantage
● Field-ready and proactive; able to troubleshoot and escalate effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
