About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Tax team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Managers/Team Leaders, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and documentation management
- Prepare and review Tax Engagement Letters, billing tickets, and reconciliation reports while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Manage and monitor team scheduling, including staff hours entry, vacation leave tracking, and resource allocation across projects
- Maintain and update databases including weekly fund status reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Generate and analyze financial reports and data, supporting management with regular status updates and performance metrics
- Assist in developing and updating training materials and documentation
- Build strong relationships with tax team members to support workflow efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and support special projects as needed
- Support quality control measures by monitoring deadlines, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and implement best practices for increased efficiency
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment, preferably multinational
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholder requests
- Knowledge of database management systems is a plus
- Prior experience in financial services or professional services firm preferred
