Job Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and reconciliation tasks.
- Prepare and file required taxes for BIR compliance, including VAT, SLSP, withholding taxes, Alphalist, ITR, 2307, and other related BIR forms.
- Contribute to financial reporting activities and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Assist with tax compliance and renewals of business permits with the BIR, LGU, SEC, DOE, and other relevant government agencies.
- Support bookkeeping functions by maintaining the company’s general ledger and other financial documents.

- Safeguard and manage the petty cash fund, ensuring proper disbursements in line with company policies.
- Maintain an accurate petty cash log, recording all transactions, and ensuring receipts and documentation support all expenditures.
- Replenish the petty cash fund as necessary and ensure the balance is always accurate.
- Perform periodic audits of petty cash to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and process vouchers for petty cash disbursements, ensuring expenses are properly documented and authorized.
- Ensure all vouchers are matched with appropriate receipts or invoices and follow the company’s internal approval process.
- Organize and file vouchers for easy reference and future audits.
- Prepare checks for disbursements, ensuring accuracy of amounts, payees, and details before releasing for signature.
- Maintain a record of all checks issued and ensure proper logging and filing for future reference.Administrative Support

- Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a productive working environment.
- Coordinate with external service providers, such as legal counsel, contractors, and other vendors as needed.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of company policies and procedures.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the finance and administration team to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
- Provide support to senior management and team members with ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture within the team.
- Others may be required by the Finance Head.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support role.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Taxation and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must Haves:
- Proven experience with financial accounting and bookkeeping.
- At least 2-3 years in a relevant role with exposure to accounting functions and administrative support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
