Key Deliverables (Growth-Oriented)
Office and Facilities Readiness
- Maintain a fully functional workplace with supplies, utilities, and equipment available 95% of the time.
- Coordinate repairs, vendor services, and travel or transport needs promptly.
- Propose at least one improvement to workspace or systems per quarter.
IT & Access Management
- Provide staff with system access, email accounts, and software licenses promptly after onboarding.
- Ensure no missed renewal per year for subscriptions and licenses.
Fleet and Transport Support
- Keep vehicles in compliance with registrations, insurance, and maintenance schedules on-time.
Accurate Records & Compliance
- Maintain secure and organized filing systems with at least 95% accuracy in retrieval.
- Submit renewals and compliance requirements ahead of deadlines.
Standardized Processes & Policies
- Provide updated templates, SOPs, and policies promptly after approval.
Operations & Project Assistance
- Fulfill 90% of operations support requests within agreed timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- At least one to two years of relevant administrative or coordination experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Residing in or near Santa Rosa Laguna or nearby.
