Job description
- 1. Prepares, process and submission of application for Alien Employment Permit and visa of all foreign working in Philippines
- 2. Accompany foreign nationals to Bureau of Immigration and process the extension of their tourist visa.
- 3. Prepares Cancellation Letter and downgrading notice addressed to DOJ, Bureau of Immigration and PEZA for foreign nationals to be resigned from the Company.
- 4. Monitors, liquidate and/ or process the billing of direct internet, Staff house Wi-Fi, landline and mobile.
- 5. Process passport renewal of foreign national and application for re-stamping and travel certificate.
- 6. Oversee the hauling of garbage and prepares necessary documents.
- 7. Prepares purchase request for indirect materials, office supplies and etc.
- 8. Conduct monthly inventory of office supplies and controlled assets, monitoring of supplies, uniforms, inventory, and ID.
- 9. Prepares application for Lima Sticker, FPIP, Carmelray and etc.
- 10. Inspection of facility especially Canteen audit, Restrooms and other areas concern including staff house, inventory of staff house furnitures and fixtures.
- 11. Billing of company plans, mobiles, telephone including staff house billing.
- 12. Utility schedule and monitoring including leave cards and absences.
- 13. Booking of tickets, coordinating to travel agency and other necessary documents regarding expat.
- 14. Processing of calling cards, return of uniform due to resignation and signature to clearance.
- 15. Job order to facility about request and other issues about repairs.
- 16. PR, WBS, and reimbursement of expat tickets if necessary.
- 17. Other work that Admin head/supervisor will provide.
